Oświadczenie o zwrocie zakupu możesz wysłać na adres e-mailem: astrum.society@gmail.com. O zachowaniu 14-dniowego terminu zwrotu decyduje data wysłania maila z wysłanym oświadczeniem lub data nadania paczki zwrotnej. Zwracany towar musi być kompletny i nie może nosić oznak użytkowania. W przypadku, gdy zwrócisz nam produkt, który nie spełnia tych wymagań, będziemy zmuszeni odesłać go na Twój koszt.
Pieniądze za zwracany towar przelewamy nie później niż w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania paczki. Forma zwrotu należności zależy od metody płatności wybranej podczas składania zamówienia. Jeżeli zamówienie było opłacone przelewem natychmiastowym, zwrotu dokonamy w ten sam sposób. W przypadku częściowego zwrotu zamówienia, koszty przesyłki nie będą zwracane.
Koszty zwrotu towaru do Sklepu ponosi Klient. Jeśli zamówienie było opłacone, a nie zostało odebrane, zwracamy wartość zamówienia pomniejszoną o koszt przesyłki zwrotnej.

Returns You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, send your order back to the address provided below, including a printed and completed return form:

The 14-day return period is determined by the date the email was sent or the date the return package was posted. The returned goods must be complete and must not show signs of use. We refund the money for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the payment method chosen during the order. If the order was paid by instant transfer, we will make the refund in the same way. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods to the Store. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the return shipping cost.
