V. Warunki świadczenia usługi Newsletter

  1. Newsletter jest dobrowolny i bezpłatny.

  2. Wymagane jest podanie e-maila w formularzu i potwierdzenie go poprzez link weryfikacyjny.

  3. Zakres: informacje o nowościach, konkursach oraz wiadomości marketingowe partnerów.

  4. Wypisanie się jest możliwe w każdej chwili poprzez link znajdujący się w każdej wiadomości e-mail.

VI. Komunikacja i pozostałe usługi

  3. Dane osobowe z kontaktu są przetwarzane zgodnie z Polityką Prywatności.

  4. Zasady dotyczące treści:

    • Zakaz treści obraźliwych, zniesławiających lub wulgarnych.

    • Zakaz publikowania materiałów, do których nie posiadasz licencji.

    • Zakaz treści pornograficznych, erotycznych i nielegalnych.

    • Zakaz wstawiania skryptów obciążających serwer.

    • Zakaz publikowania reklam i treści marketingowych innych firm/serwisów.

VII. Gromadzenie danych

  1. Usługodawca zbiera dane niezbędne do poprawnego działania Serwisu i zachowania zgodności z prawem.

  2. Zarejestrowani Użytkownicy zostaną powiadomieni o zmianach e-mailem.

  3. Zmiany wchodzą w życie natychmiast po publikacji (dla niezarejestrowanych) lub po 7 dniach okresu przejściowego (dla zarejestrowanych).

X. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Usługodawca nie odpowiada za treści publikowane przez Użytkowników (ich prawdziwość czy wady prawne).

  2. Usługodawca stara się zapewnić ciągłość działania, ale nie odpowiada za przerwy spowodowane siłą wyższą lub działaniem osób trzecich.

  3. Usługodawca może w każdej chwili zmienić informacje na stronie lub wyłączyć Serwis na stałe/tymczasowo bez uprzedzenia.

  4. Usługodawca ma prawo przekazać swoje prawa i obowiązki związane z Serwisem innej firmie bez zgody Użytkowników.
